Fenwick, the logistics forklift manufacturer, has announced the arrival of its new range of electric counterbalance trucks, as represented by the E60 and E80 models. These 6 to 8 ton models have a new hydraulic pump lift that is unique to this series and was developed specifically for it.
The company claims that the new hydraulic pump ensures a smoother ride, and should help to improve driver productivity as well as their comfort. The company also state that the truck is 20% quieter than its competitors and is perfect for intensive applications (food, automobile, wood). The new cab, which the brand claims is “very comfortable”, should reduce blind spots and thus increase visibility. The safety of the cabin is ensured via windows with five layers of 21 mm thick glass.
Moreover, Fenwick claims to be the only manufacturer to offer a series of forklift trucks with an automatic speed reduction when cornering system, which is a feature of the entire range of forklifts from 1.8t to 8t.
