One of the UK’s largest factory of the future expos is taking place in Liverpool on the 16th and 17th of November. This year will be the 7th edition of Smart Factory Expo, a showcase which is billed as the industry’s biggest digital manufacturing show. The show is just one part of Digital Manufacturing Week which is described as being a series of events providing industry leaders with everything they need to drive their business forward in the digital era, and showcase the very best of industry on a public stage.
Smart Factory Expo has been designed to bring together all the technologies enabling the digital manufacturing revolution under one roof – creating a carefully-curated shop window for manufacturers at all stages of their digital journey.
The exhibition features six distinct Visitor Zones, each of them anchored by a Solutions Theatre with free-to-attend presentations delivered by manufacturing and technology experts.
The organisers boast that visitors can find the very best solutions on offer, including the latest technology offerings from start-ups, alongside established brands and companies that truly support and advance the manufacturing sector. The event is expected to attract more than 2000 attendees and will feature 150 exhibitors and 138 speakers.
