The manufacturer and distributor of car care products Soditen Group acquires Rassant International, a company based near Chartres specializing in hydraulic handling and lifting equipment.
Rassant International designs, manufactures and distributes products dedicated to the agricultural sector, but also to industry, aeronautics and automotive. The company has a very good press thanks to a recognized know-how with its customers and the whole sector., And does business all over the world.
Guy Bourdon, President of Soditen Group, explains that this acquisition is motivated by many reasons:
