Bosch, the German engineering and technology giant, is hosting the NEXEEDit Summit, a webinar based on the factory of the future, on October 12, 2022. The NEXEEDit Summit 2022 is designed to enable participants to find out how to turn changes and challenges into great opportunitie and will feature four keynote speakers, three master classes, four breakout sessions and a panel discussion.
Bosch's mission statement declares that "Industrial automation and digitalization are progressing on all levels. Used in the right way and with the right strategy, machine builders, plant operators and logisticians alike can benefit from novel technologies. However, being successful in the digital ecosystem requires courage for constant transformation."
The organisers hope that the seminar will allow participants to learn how to make the most of digitalization – from automating single machines to connecting the entire shopfloor. Despite lasting just two hours, the webinar will discuss the most critical topics that make or break the factory of the future together with experts from manufacturing, science, and business.
The key questions to be answered in the webinar are the following; "How can we empower employees to thrive in a data-driven workspace? How can we use IIoT to stay competitive in volatile markets? What can Industry 4.0 and digitalization do to help us save resources? How much invest in terms of time and money is needed to succeed in digital transformation, and how can we find trustful partners?"
