The DLV – Washing Sterilizing Machine by Comecer is a hybrid solution that combines two traditionally separate processes: washing and sterilization of components. Designed for pharmaceutical environments, this machine is ideal for treating containers of various shapes and capacities, as well as mechanical parts (vibrating bowls, trays, boxes) requiring cleaning and perfect sterility. The double-door version allows for complete physical separation between loading and unloading areas.

The machine is manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel with rounded corners and a surface finish of Ra < 0.5 micrometers. It integrates advanced features:
- Washing Process: Internal and external washing via centrifugal pump with detergent addition controlled by weighing.
- Dry-Fog Sterilization: Utilization of “Dry-Fog” technology at approximately 65°C for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) atomization, ensuring sterilization without wetting surfaces.
- Monitoring: Measurement of drain water conductivity, control of temperature, humidity, and residual H2O2 concentration.
- Compliance: Managed by Siemens PLC, compliant with CFR 21 Part 11.
