Tricel launch new compact filter

Tricel, the Irish manufacturer of micro-stations and compact filters, have just announced the launch of a new compact filter that reinforces the Seta range. Previously composed of a single product, the Tricel Seta, a classic compact filter using Coconut fiber, the range thus welcomes the Tricel Seta Simplex, a compact monocuve filter. The principle of operation of the products is the same, but the new Tricel Seta Simplex offers the tandem septic tank and massive filtering in a single envelope.

As can be seen in the image above, the two traditional components of the compact filter are grouped together in a single tank, which allows compactness and ease of installation and increased transport, depending on the manufacturer. This new range therefore seems rather suitable for new installations or for complete rehabilitations. While it is possible with the Tricel Seta to install only the filtering mass at the exit of existing septic tank, the monocoque corner pickup of Tricel Seta Simplex prohibits this kind of use.
