The Eram Group, which consists of nine fashion brands including Eram, Gémo and TBS, is upgrading its supply chain management tools to modernise its systems. To modernise its supply chain, the Eram group has chosen to implement the Winddle solution, a collaborative platform for monitoring production and transport flows. This solution is designed to simplify and structure daily exchanges both between the various teams and with the procurement offices in direct contact with suppliers and forwarding agents. Jean-Michel Fabre, Director of Operations at Gémo, one of the Eram Group's brands, stresses the importance of the platform's collaborative dimension and flexibility in meeting the specific needs of the Group's various brands and businesses. The deployment of Winddle is part of an overall project to modernise the group's IT systems, which also involves the adoption of a new ERP (SAP S/4 Hana) and a product lifecycle management tool (Centric Software) for Gémo's business. These software packages will be interconnected to ensure better data synchronisation and complete management of product flows. The deployment of Winddle's SCM solution, which will begin shortly, will cover all the group's processes, from order validation to warehouse delivery, and will integrate the group's IT systems and partners in the supply chain directly.
