Michel Mingoia – Jacomex after-sales service technician

Interview with the Jacomex after-sales service technician

What was your first job at Jacomex?

I started at Jacomex as a fitter-installer. So I have many years of practical hands-on experience with the products.

What is your current role?

Today, I am 100% dedicated to the installation and after-sales service of our product range, and especially to the satisfaction of our customers.

What is the most interesting project or achievement you consider the most important in your career?

After working for 10 years, I went back to school in 1994 to increase my education and qualifications. I started with a one-year training course that allowed me to pass a vocational baccalaureate (diploma) and I continued on with another 14 months technical training at the AFPA (Vocational Training School in Paris) where I obtained a level 2 diploma (higher technician in electronics and industrial automation).

Today, what is the biggest challenge for this industry or for Jacomex?

In a world in constant evolution, where scientific research is constantly progressing, where our industrial customers are increasingly demanding, it is obvious that we must constantly innovate and develop our products, their performance, reliability and ease of use. Obviously, this goes hand in hand with the strengthening in the quality of our customer services.
