Dual regenerable purification columns enable uninterrupted operation—while one purifies, the other regenerates.
High-flow blower – variable speed up to 185 CFM (315 m³/h) connected to an 80 mm stainless steel loop, ideal for large enclosures.
Stainless steel 304 chassis on casters, dimensions ~1.2 m × 1.27 m × 1.58 m, for easy mobility.
PLC-controlled 6″ touchscreen displays real-time pressure, O₂, and H₂O levels with 24-hour logging.
Automatic pressure control (± 15 mbar) synchronized with column valves to prevent start-up if isolation fails.
Regeneration and purge cycle automation restarts blower post-regeneration.
22 CFM rotary vane vacuum pump with oil mist eliminator and eco-mode for efficiency.
High purification capacity: 217 L of O₂ and 9 000 g H₂O absorption per column.
Gas supply: 99.995 % argon at 3.8 bar with 3–7 % hydrogen for regeneration, 250 L/min working flow, 30 L/min purge.
Optional accessories: gas analyzers, pumps, solvent removal units, heaters, and support modules.
