Are you looking for a strong visual impact for your brand? A packaging enhanced with a noble and authentic material? In that case, we recommend you choose adhesive tin labels for bottles. Designing and creating embossed labels
Tin labels give your product a distinctive and recognizable look, with a strong and engaging visual impact. They also make it easier for customers to identify the contents of your packaging. Tin decors are in high demand in many industries including cosmetics, wine, champagne and spirits, souvenir items, etc.
Adhesive tin labels are most commonly made from a rolled-up tin foil (tape) that is coated with adhesive on one side. You can then die cut the tin in the desired shape and print according to your design specifications and your means of production. You can give free rein to your imagination for your future labels using, for example, a natural tin finish, with total metallization and with metallization on the relief, or offset printing or embossing. Your packaging and that of your customers will be enhanced thanks to these high quality and unique labels.
Features
The main alloys used in laminates are tin – lead, tin – copper – antimony and pure tin. It is also possible to use lead-silver type alloys.
Sheets
The standard alloy used for making tin foil is Sn98 – Sb1 – Cu1 or Sn100. They are packaged in wooden crates to protect them from any scratches. They comply with standard EN 611-1: 1995. They are also available in pure pewter.

There are different types of laminates in the form of tapes delivered on a reel. Alloys with a high lead content can be rolled down to 0.125 mm. Tin-rich alloys make it possible to obtain ribbons 20µ mm thick. The maximum weight of a roller generally varies from 25 to 100 kg depending on the alloy under consideration. The standard maximum width is 500 mm.
