Ze Combi to revolutionize home delivery services

Ze Combi wants to reinvent modes of delivery in the heart of cities by proposing innovative mobility solutions. In the words of Francis Allouche, co-founder of the young company, the challenge is to allow the start-up to differentiate itself from its competing graces by proposing an original, practical and competitive solution. Specifically, Ze Combi has just deployed a small electric utility vehicle (VUE) that can accommodate a removable container of 80 cm x 120 cm, a maximum load of 250 kg, for a volume of 1.5 m3. The latter has a wheel system that can retract during loading and unloading. The start-up also designed a removable motorized arm that facilitates the guiding of the container on the last meters. The designers of the VUE also thought of equipping it with a chest located at the front and at the back to offer an additional storage volume of 1 m3. The first VUE prototype is currently undergoing several certification tests and a second prototype will be ready by March. Industrial production and the commercialization of these technological vehicles are planned for the second half of 2018, with the aim of selling up to 110 vehicles and 220 containers by 2019.
